Experience:  Delivery Driving (1 year Preferred)

Overview

We are looking for a capable and mature individual to join our company. This is a physically demanding role that is involved in the efficient delivery of products to our customers.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver, pick up, septic vac out and sanitize portable outhouses
• Determine the most efficient delivery route prior to loading products.
• Load and unload products from company vehicle, using proper care and safe handling practices.
• Perform preventative vehicle maintenance checks prior to delivery to identify concerns or potential issues.
• Drive safely in all weather conditions and follow traffic laws.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the company vehicle.

Qualifications:

• Must have a good attitude, be reliable and punctual
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Self-motivated
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a professional image
• Comfortably lift and carry minimum of 50 lbs
• Carry a valid class 5 (non-GDL) driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer
• Past work experience as a driver is considered an asset, but willing to train the right candidate
