Responsibilities
Tasks
- Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
- Plan and organize the operation of the facilities and the includes real estate
- Direct the maintenance and repair the establishments machinery, equipment and electrical and machincal
- systems
- Hire and over see training and supervision of staff
- Plan and manage the facility’s operation budget
- Plan, organixe and direct administrative service such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking safety inspections, security and snow removeal
- train customers’s staff in the operation and maintence od equptment
- Trouble shoot problems related to equiptment
- Supervise activities of other tecnical sales specialists
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise staff or team

- Adminiser first aid in emergency situation
