Overview

Our Housekeeping department is seeking dedicated and hardworking Room Attendants to join our team. As a Room Attendant, your role is crucial for a good guest experience, providing a clean and welcoming environment to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing linens, and ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and free from dirt and stains.
• Ensure bathrooms are clean, sanitized and well-stocked with necessary supplies such as towels, toiletries and paper products
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department to ensure rooms are in optimal condition.
• Follow all hotel cleaning protocols to ensure safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Organized and stock cleaning supplies, including linens, towels, and amenities, to ensure quick and efficient service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities, supplies or special services with a positive and professional attitude.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information and personal items.
• Adhere to all policies, including health and safety standards to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both guest and staff.
• Assist in other tasks as needed, such as cleaning public areas and assiting with laundry or inventory management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hous keeping is an asset
• Able to work independently or as a team required
• Strong attention to detal snf high standards of cleanliness
• Able to communicate effectively in english
• Positive, friendly, and guest-orientated attitiude
