Overview

Our housekeeping department is seeking dedicated and hard working room Attendants to join our team, as a Room Attendant, your role is crucial for good guest experience, providing a clean and welcoming environment to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming .replenishing linens and ensuring all surface are sanitized and free form dirt and stains
• Ensure bathrooms are clean, sanitized and well stocked with necessary supplies such as towels toiletries and paper products
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department to ensure rooms are in optional condition
• Follow all hotel protocols to ensure safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities, supplies, or special service with a positive and professional attitude.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information and personal items
• Adhere to all hotel policies, including health and safety standards to ensure a safe and comfortable environment to both and staff
• Assist on other task as needed, such as cleaning public areas and assisting with laundry or inventory management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping is an asset
• Able to work independently or as a team as required
• Strong attention to detail and high standard of cleanliness
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Positive and friendly and guest oriented attitude

Physical Demands:

• Able to lift, carry ,or carry 25ilbs
• Extended time spent on feet, lifting, pushing, banding, walking, reaching, etc.
