Responsibilities
Tasks
- Establish methods to meet work work schedules
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Prepare adn submit reports
- Supervise staff (apprentices, stage hand, design team, etc)
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Order merchandise
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
